Returns policy

All parts sold by Mobyfy come with a 15-year warranty – if the part fails due to manufacturing failure, consider it replaced – no questions asked. There must be no signs of physical damage.

Batteries

All batteries sold by Mobyfy carry a 12-month warranty (as long as the battery has not been damaged).

Accessories

All accessories sold by Mobyfy come with a 6-month warranty. The warranty does not cover any physical damage.

Displays / LCDS

As long as there is no Physical Damage to the part (Cracks Chips in the Glass Deep scratches broken Flex we will replace the part.

Pre-Loved Devices

All pre-loved devices sold by Mobyfy come with a 3-month warranty. The warranty covers any defect as long as there is no physical damage.

The unit will be exchanged or repaired by our approved sister service centre, which is a leader in repairs in SA.

Please note: Any returned device needs to have FMI switched off, iCloud removed, along with all personal data. Our repair centre is part of Apple’s IRP program, delivering world-class workmanship.
